An interesting mesothelioma judgement: each of the two Defenders found to be liable and to have negligently exposed the Pursuer to asbestos. It was found that the First Defender was responsible for 0.092% of the cumulative exposure (totalling 0.0055 f/ml.years chrysotile exposure).
