Accident Investigations

We can help you to understand the causes of accidents and move forward positively

If your business is affected by an accident the repercussions can be enormous in terms of human suffering, fines, investigations, fees and loss of reputation. Thankfully, workplace accidents are less common now than they were in past, but that can make accidents even more of a shock when they do happen.

At Pragma, we have found that what businesses affected by accidents want more than anything is to understand why the accident happened, how to help those affected and how to move on.

Our experts’ experience in accident investigation spans 30 years in roles as advisers to business, as expert witnesses and as prosecutors with the HSE.

Our accident capability statement gives an overview of our accidents team and their experience. Take a look here.

If you would like to have discussion with one of our experts about how we help you to understand and move on from a work related accident please get in touch, we would be pleased to provide you with preliminary advice based on our wide ranging experience.
