The SHIFT initiative strides to improve the safety and health of employees in the UK foundry industry. Administered by the Cast Metals Federation, (CMF), the UK foundry Trade Association, the initiative is a collaboration between the Casting Health and Safety Advisory Committee, (CHASAC), the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the CMF and well worth supporting.
